Curvaceous By Design, LLC follows the guidelines recommended by the CDC and the NC Department of Health & Human Services to protect our guests and staff from the spread of COVID-19.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to adhere to the following policies and procedures:
Our Procedures
- All staff are fully vaccinated
- Wear face mask covering nose and mouth for duration of appointment
- Check temperature and complete COVID-19 screening questionnaire daily
- Sanitize hands before and after touching each guest
- Sanitize furniture and equipment after each appointment
- Sanitize high touch areas throughout the day
Guest Responsibilities
- Do not enter the building if you feel sick, have a temperature >/ = 100.4 or been diagnosed/exposed to COVID-19 within past 14 days
- Wear a face mask covering your nose and mouth while in our facility regardless of vaccination status
- Sanitize hands, check temperature and accurately complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire at check-in
- Reschedule your appointment if you have been diagnosed or in close-contact with anyone experiencing signs/symptoms of a cold, flu or any virus including COVID-19 within the past 14 days
- Do not bring any children or visitors to your appointment
- Guests that do not adhere to these guidelines will not be serviced and will be charged the total price of services scheduled
